Although our checkout system is set for U.K. currency,we welcome international buyers and regularly ship abroad.For international sales please

1. Email or telephone us for a shipping quote BEFORE you buy
2. Please note that most western European countries cost no more in shipping costs than internal U.K. postal fees.
3. We will send you a shipping quote by email.
4. If you confirm the order,we will invoice you via PayPal.You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.
5. Once we have received payment,your order will be shipped to you.

 

DELIVERY

1. We mail Monday through Saturday (excluding Bank holidays and other national holidays)
2. Most orders are mailed with Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
3. International orders are mailed via international airmail shippers.

IMPORTANT

• Due to the rise in postage fees,we apologise that we are no longer able to offer free P+P.
• For the fairest option,we have set the checkout to calculate the shipping by charging just 20% of the order total.
• Notification of shipping will be sent to the email address that is attached to your order.

STOCK QUANTITIES

• The stock quantities on this site are manually updated.
• If for some reason the item you have ordered is out of stock,you will be refunded for the price of that item(including P+P charges for that item)unless you specify that you wish to have another product to the same value from our store

Returns/Refunds

• We accept returns for faulty goods only*
• Please note that Patchwork Island reserve the right to refuse refunds for goods that we find have been deliberately damaged
• We reserve the right to demand returns  to be sent back to Patchwork Island in the original packaging for inspection.
• Postage for outgoing and returned goods will not be refunded
• For returns that have been damaged,we will send a replacement of that item.If we do not have a replacement,a refund will be given.This refund will include the postage fee for the returned item only
• * We are to be notified by email within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item.

• ELECTRICAL ITEMS-We  advise all our customers to purchase one of our British made adaptors when purchasing one of electrical products.These work with the U.K. 240v electric system in changing the voltage down to the 110v requirements of our electrical products.We at Patchwork Island take no responsibility for any damage caused by voltage overload.
