ORDER AND DELIVER-Free Local Delivery subject to minimum of £10.00 of goods ordered.
We do offer a free delivery service within the local area to Valley on the Isle of Anglesey.This is subject to a minimum of a £10.00 order in goods.Any order less than £10.00 will have a £5.00 delivery fee added to their total.We will deliver in the local areas to Valley up to Holyhead,Rhosneigr,Trefor and Llanrhuddlad.Delivery times will be arranged at the time of ordering.Goods HAVE to be signed for upon receipt.Please do not ask us to leave orders in designated areas such as garages,porches etc.
If you care not sure if we cover your area,please call us.Any orders place that are out of this area will be charged postage fees.

Returns/Refunds
For Faulty Goods

For faulty goods,we require the item to be returned in it's orginal packaging for inspection.Please note that Patchwork Island reserve the right to refuse refunds for goods that we find have been deliberately damaged

We reserve the right to demand returns to be sent back to Patchwork Island in the original packaging for inspection.

Postage for outgoing goods will not be refunded.

For returns that have been damaged,we will send a replacement of that item.If we do not have a replacement,a refund will be given.This refund will include the postage fees for the returned item only.

* We are to be notified by email within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item.
For Unwanted Goods

For items purchased that are not as you expected but without fault,we will refund the cost of the item only.The item/s are to be returned to us in new and unopened condition.We do not arrange collection.We suggest that the items are returned to us using Royal Mail Recorded Service for peace of mind.Once we have received the item/s,we will reimburse your account with the cost of the goods ONLY**.No outgoing or returning postage fees will be reimbursed.

ELECTRICAL ITEMS-We advise all our customers to purchase one of our British made adaptors when purchasing one of electrical products.These work with the U.K. 240v electric system in changing the voltage down to the 110v requirements of our electrical products.We at Patchwork Island take no responsibility for any damage caused by voltage overload.
